The service

Studio Diwo lets you design photo albums online and order printed hardcover books delivered to you. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Your content

• You keep full ownership of the photos you upload.
• You confirm you have the right to use and print the photos in your albums.
• You grant us permission to store and reproduce your photos solely to provide the service and print your orders.
• Content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others is not permitted.

Orders & printing

• Please review your album carefully before ordering — books are printed exactly as designed, including any text or layout choices.
• Once an order enters production it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
• Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees.

Quality & returns

If your book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, contact us within 14 days at hello@studiodiwo.com with photos of the issue and we will reprint or refund it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms.
