Who we are

Studio Diwo (shop.studiodiwo.com) is a photo book design and printing service operated from the Gold Coast, Australia. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it when you use our album builder and shop.

What we collect

• Account details — when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We never see your Google password, contacts or other Google data.
• Your photos and albums — the images you upload and the album designs you create are stored so you can edit them later and so we can print your orders.
• Order details — the products, quantities and delivery options you choose when placing an order.

How we use it

• To provide the album builder, save your projects and fulfil your print orders.
• To contact you about your orders.
• We do not sell your data, use your photos for marketing, or share them with anyone except the print partner producing your order.

Storage & security

Your data is stored on secured servers with encrypted transport (HTTPS). Photos are accessible only from your account. Print files are shared with our printing partner solely to produce your order.

Your rights

You can delete your albums at any time from your dashboard. To have your entire account and photos removed, or to request a copy of your data, email hello@studiodiwo.com. We handle requests in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (Privacy Act 1988).
